Beautiful Choc Lab was a victim of cruelty and has a rescue foster waiting on his arrival. Besides having had a ring pierced through his neck to tie him out on (instead of buying a collar) he is also HW+ and needs to begin treatment. He is a loving boy whose tail has not stopped wagging. He was also severely malnourished and has started to gain some much needed weight.

Possible help from a pilot based at KHKS (Jackson,MS). I can drive to St Louis,Nashville or Memphis if needed.

Hi;
I have another transport this weekend so I can't fly then, but if you can get the Lab to me at Mt. Vernon, IL airport, KMVN (about 70 miles east of St. Louis) on Friday morning, weather permitting, I'll fly him to the Indianapolis area that day.
