Cairn Terrier Mix needs a short ride

Breeds, weight, age: Cairn Terrier Mix, 6lbs, 1 to 2 years old
Health Condition: emaciated, fragile but healthy overall, active
Heart worm Status: unknown yet
Vaccinations: to be done at receiving rescue
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: un altered
Special needs: found very emaciated and extremely matted, currently weighs 6bls needs to weigh about 16lbs

Additional Info/situation: Carin Terrier mix female was found by myself in a ditch in the rain. Too weak to move, skin and bones. She only weighs 6 lbs and needs to be up to closer to around 16lbs. She is eating well now and is back to normal activity levels. Needs to get to rescue for proper vet care. Right rear leg needs to be x rayed as she limps, probably an old injury that never healed properly. Extremely sweet happy girl.
Please email me if you can help. If anyone can fly her just to KC that will also work. I have ground transport offered to do KC to Omaha if needed.
