Any part of the distance helps; especially through Wyoming. We have ground drivers on both ends but difficulty finding any in the middle.

That would be a big help- we're looking at either this weekend or next; do you have any particular day that works best?

This coming weekend would work best, I could even do it during the week if it would work for you.

I'm pretty flexible too. I'm going to to give this post a little more time to see if anyone else responds for the rest of the route; if not then I'll post a request specifically from Bozeman to Casper. I'll post an updates on here to keep everyone on the loop-

Winter is coming on, so this limits when and what I can do. With that preface, my usual offer is up to 500 nautical mile round trip flight from Lincoln MT (S69) on a good weather VFR (visual flight rules) day.

So for this request I could probably do a pick up at Helena MT Helena Regional Airport (HLN) and a delivery to someone else at Cody WY Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD). The leg routing would be HLN-BZN-RED-COD for approximately 189 nautical miles and 1 hour and 48 minutes. My total round trip from S69 would be 448 nautical miles and 4 hours and 12 minutes.

Or I could deliver to Bozeman MT (BZN) which would be shorter for me if someone was able to take the BZN to Casper WY leg.

I am available most days that don't already have somethng else scheduled

Again due to the winter season, I would recommend having a backup plan.

I can get her to either Bozeman or Helena, so at this time we need either Bozeman to Casper OR Cody to Casper. This little girl has had a tough life so cutting down her travel time/stress by flying is just awesome!

If the weather is bad we will cancel and try for a ground relay at a later date.

Looking at what we have so far, I would suggest that I do a S69-HLN-BZN-RED leg (183 NM) (pick up in HLN), someone else do the RED-CPR leg (183 NM), and piperflyer do the CPR-BDU leg (181 NM). Pretty even legs that way.

More suggestions: Looking at the PNP pilot map, you might send a direct request to jgereghty PILOT BRIDGER, MT (6S1) and / or Rator PILOT CASPER, WY (KCPR) for the Red Lodge MT to Casper WY leg.

Thanks for your suggestions and help! I'm new to this and have only coordinated ground transports so I tend to think in highway miles not air miles. I sent the direct requests along with a link to this thread.
