That is truly sad news and I am very sorry to hear it. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, without rescuers such as yourself we would not be able to provide transport to these wonderful animals. As pilots we are only one piece of the equation. You provide care to the animals for weeks whereas they are only in our care for a few hours and then there are the adopting families that care for the animal for the rest of its life so thank you and thank you to Meridith for all that you do.

I would like to echo Piperflyer's comments and say that I am also very sad to hear the news. I'm sure we all hope that Taylor's remaining days are lived in comfort with little pain and suffering. She most certainly will be in loving and caring hands.

As pilots, it is our privilege to be able to transport these animals to a better life. When the need next arises, don't hesitate to put out the call again. We are all eager to help.

Best wishes and good luck.

Thank you for making Taylor's last days as comfortable as they can be.
