Additional Info/situation: This dog has been cared for by an elderly gentleman in poor health. We will take care of dogs health needs, neuter vaccines and heart worm (if needed).
This dog will be trained and certified as a service dog for an American Soldier injured in Afghanistan.

I recommend that a split at "CUB" (Columbia, SC). This would be almost half way for both routes.
