Health Condition: Great
Heart worm Status: Both +
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: Yes
Spay/Neutered: Yes
Special needs: None
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: Jenn Kline/Aussie And Me Animal Rescue
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Tracey Needham/Aussie And Me Animal Rescue

Additional Info/situation: Needing Friday transport. Dogs are on ground transport today (Thursday) and will spend time at boarding until transport can be arranged. :(
