Additional Info/situation: Need transport to Colorado, preferably Steamboat Springs but we can drive anywhere to meet. This is a 15 lb. Jack Russell so it is a smaller dog.

Darn it! I had a heck of a time getting my transport from DWF to Denver. My puppy just arrived in Amarillo today and will fly out tomorrow.
