Additional Info/situation: Teddy is a sweet young boy, that lived most of his life, tethered to a large chain in rural Ohio. With the assistance of Dogs Deserve Better, we were able to rescue him from his environment, get him to the vet for needed services. He was treated with Capstar which instantly killed the fleas on him when he received all the vet services. He lived chained to a homemade, thin plywood dog box, surrounded by junk. He will be living the good life in a home with the adopter. He will remain in boarding at our vet's boarding wing until transport has been arranged. We have no shelter, ourselves.
