Health Condition: Excellent
Heart worm Status: Neg
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: If needed
Spay/Neutered: Yes
Special needs: Very timid but sweet

Additional Info/situation: Cleo should be crated as she is shy and timid - not aggressive. She is from a hoarding situation and is currently sitting in boarding which she mush leave due to the holiday boarding. She now has a foster home waiting for her.

I can do this flight tomorrow evening, 11/20/12. I'll pick up Cleo at Lake City airport at 5:00 pm and deliver him to Crestview airport by 7:15pm.
I don't know if a dog crate will fit in my 172 but will try. I usually just let them lay in the back seat on a carpet pad.

Mission accomplished. We had a great flight over to Cresview. My wife came along and helped out with Cleo. Cleo was a little skiddish on the flight line but once we got her in the plane she had a good time. I'll post some pics on the nest reply.
