Additional Info/situation: I own and operate a Behavior Modification Business here in WV. I recently came across this dog who needed to be rehomed. I have a forever home awaiting him in Canada. He would just need to be transported within the states to Detroit. Ms. Stephenson will drive across from Canada and pick him and and transport him to his forever home.
