I'm in the nashville area and could see if I can work out doing cartersville, Ga (Vpc) to Lebanon, tn (M54) or somewhere close to those. I would have to check in the morning for Saturday or Sunday.

A buddy and I can take the Monroe, Ga to KY leg on Sunday the 24th. I'm based there so it won't be a problem. Who can meet me and where's a good airport to make the exchange? (good fuel prices).

Hi all,

Any thoughts on whether this transport is going this Sunday? A yes, no or maybe?
I'd like the option to make alternate plans if it's not going.
Please advise,

Thanks

Hi John,
I'm a "go" for the GA to KY leg. We just need someone in the middle to confirm and I'd say it'll happen.

Hi all,
Looks like it's all coming together! Thanks so very much. I just wanted to post the dimensions on the crate Jack will be traveling in. It'll be a large crate: ~32 X 22 X 23. I don't know if ya'll have your own preference for crated or not but that's the dimensions if you need them. Thanks again!
And the timeline... I spoke with the first pilot and he's planning to leave the airport no later than 10am eastern. Does that work for you guys?
Should we email each other cell #'s for contacting each other that day?
Thanks again!

Stephanie,

Build a run sheet along these lines, fill in our info, and email it out to all of us. Tweak it as you like. Please don't repost personal info back to the forum tho! Email us direct. Will PM you my cell/email info.

Leg 1

Leg 3

That crate size will be really close as to whether it will fit in my plane. Must he ride in a crate, or is he well behaved enough to ride on rear seat? I have a soft crate of 30" x 20" x 20" I think he will fit, but that won't help Ryan or airman225. Any thoughts from you guys?
