Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: yes
Special needs: shy, but non-aggressive A crate will be supplied, if needed.

Additional Info/situation: Breezy's complete transport is Conroe, TX to Tulsa, OK I am trying to break this tport up into two legs. Leg 1 Conroe to Dallas and Leg 2 Dallas to as far toward Tulsa as can be accomodated. Will have ground transport to complete the run to Tulsa, if needed. Breezy is a precious puppy mill survivor. We would appreciate any help that you can give! Thank you for your consideration.
