Here's Ferris! Pretty much the sweetest, most cuddly boy in the universe. He was rescued from animal control, and we'd definitely appreciate some help getting him from his temporary foster home to a permanent one. This is not a life or death situation - just reaching out to see if anyone flying this route is willing to take Ferris along for the ride!
FROM: SAV - Savannah/Hilton Head Intl. Airport, Savannah, GA 31408
TO: PDK - Peachtree Dekalb Airport, Atlanta, GA 30341
Crate or harness needed, please.
ANYTIME THIS WEEKEND WOULD BE GREAT!
Thank you!

I "MAY" be able to help. I have to be in church at 1pm in Atlanta on Sunday, (meaning early AM arrival at SAV) but I don't have a crate that big...BTW it won't it in my plane...I have a smaller one for dogs about 25lbs max because that is the only crate I can fit in my plane. Now, please honestly tell me...is he/she hyper???? It could ride in the back of my plane...but if it freaks out...it could be dangerous. I would be by myself so there won't be someone to keep it company to calm it down if it decides to bolt in a small plane......email me or call me at 478-284-1096 on Saturday.

The weather looks good this weekend. I can do it anytime on Saturday or Sunday - day or night.
I have a crate for a large dog.

Thanks, all!
Chuck - if you've got a crate for him, that'll probably be a safer plan than flying Ferris with Billy. If we can get him on his way today that'd be really good. If not, thanks for offering to fly him tomorrow Welles!
