Number of animals being transported: 1 60 lbs male lab named Bayman
Breeds, weight, age: Please see the above; we believe hes about 3 yrs old.
Health Condition: Good
Heart worm Status: Positive
Vaccinations: Current
Health Certificate: Will have for travel
Spay/Neutered: Neutered
Special needs: None known
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: Bladen County Animal Control, NC
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: House of Hope Animal Rescue
Contact information (publicly viewable on forum): Leslie Eyster, [email protected] and 910-297-7446
Are you a 501c3: Yes, House of Hope Animal Rescue is.
Additional Info/situation: Bayman is from Bladen County Animal Control in NC. This is a very high kill shelter that uses gas chambers to euthanize homeless pets. Bayman is lucky to be alive. Now this wonderful rescue wants to help Bayman find his forever family. He will need to go to Ohio to get his HW treatments. He's currently in temp foster and the faster he can get to OH, the faster the temp foster can go into the kill shelter and save another life.
If Salem OH is not convenient, the receiving rescue can meet the pilot at Jefferson County Ohio or Grove City PA.
Thanks for any help you can offer Bayman!
Thanks,
Leslie
