If we can break this into 2 legs (Muskogee, OK to Springfield, MO and Springfield, MO to St. Jacob, IL) AND it can wait until Saturday, 16 March, then I can fly the Springfield to St. Jacob leg (weather permitting of course).

I have another pilot that has offered to do the first half of this the morning of the 16th. Would you be able to pick up in Bolivar, MO rather than Springfield? Thanks,

Yes, Bolivar, MO (Airport Identifier M17) is fine. On the delivery end, I would prefer either Alton Regional Airport (in Alton, IL about 10 mi NW of Shafer) or St. Louis Downtown Airport (in Cahokia, IL about 15 mi SW of Shafer). The Shafer airport has a rather short runway. I can meet the other pilot at the Bolivar airport anytime after 1:00 pm on Saturday, 16 March.

As early as we can do this on Saturday the better, as she will hopefully be meeting another Pointer and heading east on transport. The final destination for both is actually Maine, so I hoping to keep them going on Saturday as well. I am checking a few things regarding who will be meeting you at the airport, but my first inclination is that STL Regional in Alton would be the easiest.Thanks again,

Thanks Bill. I will try to make us as flexible as possible, but as far as the other pilot goes, I am guessing 11-12 departure from Bolivar would be the earliest. What's your estimated flight length? Thanks again,

Emily - It will take an hour. I can be there by 11am. If you can send me the contact info for the other pilot and the receiving party in Alton, I'll work up an itinerary. Current forecast is predicting clouds but no rain on Saturday.

I am waiting on confirmation for who will be meeting you at the airport in East Alton as soon as I get that I'll send out a run sheet. The other pilot has developed some plane issues, so if you want to move it back to Springfield that would work -- he is helping with a ground transport up to Springfield, should arrive right before noon, if that works for you.
