PILOTS N PAWS

We have a Border Collie mix needing transport from the Roxboro NC 27573 to Blue Bell Pa 19422. "Max" is around 2 yrs old, rescued from a high kill gassing facilty just in the nick of time , and has an approved foster home in PA. Max had to have surgery on his right hind leg for a torn cruciate (ligament) of the knee. Due to his surgery, he will do better on an air transport rather than ground. We have posted before and after pics.. Max is still smiling after his surgery!! He weigh around 47 lbs.

Can you help us get this sweet boys to his destiny? We are so grateful for Pilots N Paws and all of you who make it possible to help and save these furbabies!!

I'm still looking things over, but there might be some chance I could combine this with another rescue early next week. I still have to check weather, figure out whether I can afford to take another day off, etc., but I'm thinking about it.

Unfortunately, I think I've just let too many undone chores pile up to do it this weekend. Check back a bit later, though.

Rhonda -- I'm still looking for a way to combine this with another transport from Stafford, Virginia. I may not be able to do anything before Sunday (and I'm not sure I can actually get free then), so if you get another offer in the meantime, please take it! But I'll keep you advised.

Rhonda -- The transport I'd wanted to combine with this one has been done, so I'm going to try to get permission to do this on Sunday. Stand by to find out whether I'm successful!

I will still look for opportunities to combine this with other rescues, but this poor guy has been waiting long enough.
