travel for Bart from Neosho Mo to metro NY needed

I see I did not include some necessary information. Bart is living with his foster mom, Gail Shourds, in Neosho, Mo. The nearest airport is XNA in Northwest Arkansas. Gail's email is frescuehouse@prodigy.net. My email is dogfor1@aol.com, and my phone number is 914-682-0653. The nearest airport for me is the Weschester County Airport in White Plains, N.Y., our zipcode is 10605 but we can get to other airports and pick up areas in the NY, NJ, and Ct. areas. Could you please edit your subject line to have the City/State/ZIP CODE from where transport is needed from and the same where the rescue is and the animal needs to get to.
