Canada
Additional Info/situation: Please can we help out a Ft. Drum military
family and their bloodhound, Daisy. The family has 9 month old son, 5 month
old bloodhound and Mom is pregnant with her second child, due in September and husband is gone for days on end.
Family is realizing they can not take care of bloodhound puppy, they were very responsible in turning over the puppy to rescue instead of dumping it on a shelter. Then I realized puppy is going to be unprotected and can not be put on USDA ground transport as “no paws on ground”.
