Additional Info/situation:
Mom and pups rescued from kill shelter in McComb, MS, when pups were 2 days old. Now weaned, pups and sweet, senior mama have been accepted into the program at Brazoria County Humane.
Weather permitting, Julian Sanchez (Houston pilot) will be taking this "run" tomorrow, 06/28/13. Weather here for next week appears to be steadily digressing, so am in hopes this little family gets to Houston tomorrow as planned. They've had their baths and are ready to ride!
Thanks again to Julian for hanging in there to get these guys to their new "digs." Thanks, also, to Patty for waiting so patiently on the ground (Pearland) to meet the plane.
