Any chance we could do this trip on the 25th or 26th? Weather forecast for 27th is now showing t-storms in this area.

Just looked at the extended forecast and its remarkable we have yet another week of unsettled weather ahead of us. It could very well be hit or miss on any of these days with the transports.
I will try and keep my schedule flexible ... plane is due for an annual before month is out and will know at the start of the week if that's happening this week or next.
Gary - did you see this request? Four more headed up from KRWI to Flying J. Does it make sense to try and combine transports?

Kristen: if we accommodate everyone, are you okay if we combine? Does Mom need to be in the crate with the pups or can she be tethered?

The extra dogs will be to much for me, I'd like to stay with the original seven. I won't be available on the 25th, a prior commitment came up.

My error, I see the other dogs are going only as far as NJ, so it's not an issue for me.

Unfortunately I won't be able to fit the other dogs into the plane. Pups and mom will be a full load for me.
Would like to fly this trip on Friday if at all possible.
Kristen - regarding earlier question from Charlie. To accommodate everyone, I would have to tether mom dog in the back seat and put probably 4 pups in my one
larger crate in baggage area, and the other two in a somewhat smaller crate. Would not be able to crate mom dog as the largest crate that fits in baggage area is too small for her.

Mom can be tethered as long as she's near her pups. She's pretty much done nursing them...she's had enough! She is a good girl so tethering her will be fine. Yes, you can split the pups into two crates as necessary. Need to know what day each pilot can do this trip this week. Please email me at kecarney@gmail. We can take them ANY day that works for everyone. If the weather is safer on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, we will take what we can get!

Unless I hear otherwise, I'll plan on meeting Rick at KXSA at 9:30 on Saturday, and plan on arriving at KVAY at about 11:30 to meet Mark.
