Breeds, weight, age: shep x, mom is 35lbs, puppies 10 lbs, approx 9 weeks old
Health Condition: Good
Heart worm Status: not tested
Vaccinations: Yes, up to date for age
Health Certificate: Yes - will be obtained once transport is set
Spay/Neutered: will be done by rescue
Special needs:
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties - Friends of Gallia Dog Pound
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Joyful Rescues
