THE MIA FOUNDATION needs to get these babies to therapy ASAP

Post by CocosCrewRescue » Mon Aug 12, 2013 7:08 pm

Number of animals being transported: 6
Breeds, weight, age: kittens, age 6 weeks and their mother. around 2 ish.
Health Condition: UTD and good
Heart worm Status: neg
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: Yes
Spay/Neutered: no- babies
Special needs: Two of the babies have cleft palates and they are the most urgent reason we need to get them here for their chance of survival. the other 4 kittens have swimmer syndrome and the sooner we can get them here the sooner we can get them to therapy and save their legs. They need to get to our therapy team ASAP to have a chance at a normal life. We need them flown to Delaware, as our pilot from NY will be going there to pick up another dog coming into rescue, and because one of our coordinators lives there and can put eyes and feed the 2 kittens by feeding tube before they take off for NY.
If you are not familiar with Swimmer Syndrome we encourage you to look for our very own Mick on Godvine. That's what we can do for these babies.
