I spoke with Vet she said Saturday is her best but will work out finding someone to help transport Ethel to you if needed on Sunday.

Saturday works for me. FNT to OXI.

Saturday should work for me too, to take the dog from KOXI to Chicago. Which airport would i be taking the dog to in the Chicago area? I can do whichever is most convenient. I am out of town Saturday early AM, scheduled to arrive back in Chicago around 10:30 so would need to do this transport in the afternoon on Saturday if that works for everyone. Let me know.

I could be a backup, I may have another transport pending for this weekend now but not sure yet. What airport in Chicago is going to be the final destination?

Does a 1400hr local time transfer at OXI work for you guys? That would mean a pick up in 1230 (approx) pick up at ARB.

Yes, that will work. The tail number of the plane I will be flying is 12657, a blue and white 172 FYI.

2515U for me. A maroon and white Piper Warrior. It probably won't be too hard to spot as OXI generally doesn't get a lot of traffic. They have cheap gas though, which is good. Even better, they usually have their freezer stocked with ice cream. Which is free to pilots.

Looks like we are set for transport on Saturday, assuming that the weather is good.

Departure from Ann Arbor municipal will be at 12:30. I'll be at Ann Arbor no later than 12:10pm.

I'm expecting to be on a IFR flight plan, but that depends on if my instructor is coming along. So, you could check Flight Aware to see if we are there. They don't track VFR traffic anymore. I'll text my departure from Ottawa Exec if you forward your cell phone number. Flight time from Ottawa Exec to ARB is 53 minutes.

I can also switch to another airport around Westland if you prefer. Plymouth Mettical or Willow Run are equally ok.
