Additional Info/situation: Dog's owner has died and extended family has surrendered the dog to our rescue. It's been available in the bay area for a while with no interest. I have an approved applicant family who has been waiting patiently for their next dog to love and have agreed to adopt Ellie and love her through her grieving period.

I think I could do this one. Could you meet me in Vacaville for the trip? We would just need to find the right day. Let me see if the wife will let me fly on Sunday.

That would be wonderful if she could go on Sunday. Yes, we can get her to Vacaville. Not a problem.

If you can't make the flight, I most likely will be flying a dog out of Mojave to Hollister and could do this trip back down.

I will definitely be in Hollister tomorrow and wouldn't mind stopping by Concorde, but will not have a crate. If the other pilot doesn't respond in time for you to make solid plans, let me know.

Thank you. The dog already has a wire crate but I know those are usually not for flying. How flexible would you be on the crate type? Also, where is your destination? I still have not heard from the other pilot.
