Health Condition: she was hit by a car, she has left coxofemoral luxation, mid diaphyscal fracture to right humerus. Recommend intramedullary pinning to correct Right humeral fracture
Heart worm Status: Negtive
Vaccinations: Up to date
Health Certificate: Yes
Spay/Neutered: No

Additional Info/situation: This pup has been sitting in the shelter in pain for several days. She needs to get to PA so she can have surgery before it is too late and she loses her leg. A ground transport is 16 hours, which would be very difficult for her.
