Breeds, weight, age: Labrador Retriever; 45 lbs; 18 mos
Health Condition: fair - underweight
Heart worm Status: negative
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: not needed - in state transport
Spay/Neutered: will be done by receiving rescue once dogs reach acceptable weight
Special needs: none

Additional Info/situation: Family of 3 was picked up by local animal control. Mom did not make it. Two sisters need flight to rescue ASAP as shelter is extremely crowded and there is no space for new dogs.
