Breeds, weight, age: shih tzu, 10 lbs. each, 7 years old
Health Condition: good
Heart worm Status: negative
Vaccinations: parvo/distemper, rabies
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: will be done when they get to NY
Special needs:
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: HEART Program
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: Animal Rescue Foundation

Additional Info/situation: These dogs are temporarily in boarding facility in Columbia SC until I can get them flown up to NY so that they won't be euthanized. They are at least 7 years old and very neglected. I need flight(s) as soon as possible. I can split into several legs. If you can help, please let me know the days you are available and which leg(s) you can fly for me. Thank you!!
