Health Condition: good
Heart worm Status: negative
Vaccinations: utd
Health Certificate: yes
Spay/Neutered: unaltered to be done at rescue upon arrival
Special needs: none

Additional Info/situation: pup dumped at a dog park by owner we assume. Going to rescue. We have ground transport up to Hot Springs AR Sunday afternoon if someone can fly her from there to Fayettville OR ground transport to Monroe, LA then fly to Fayetteville.
