Are you a 501c3: no
Additional Info/situation: "Lynny" was pulled and rescued from Clayton County Shelter, a high kill shelter in Georgia. Shes a super friendly and loving dog, listens well, and loves to be by your side. It took a few days for her to adjust to my dogs, Lynny seemed fearful rather than aggressive towards other dogs. After 4 days, she now socializes, plays, and sleeps with my other two dogs. She was very underweight and malnourished when she arrived to me but she has been putting on weight in the last 2 weeks. I have a good relationship with Judy Smith of Lil Rascals Refuge, a small independent rescue in WI. Judy is incredible with animals. I feel happy knowing Lynny will go to WI rather than be adopted out in SC, a state ( SC) where pit bull and pit mixes are very overpopulated and overcrowd local shelters, fight rings are fairly frequent, and this breed is sadly mistreated more often than not. I appreciate any help getting Lynny to WI so she can start her new life!
