Health Condition: healthy
Heart worm Status: unknown
Vaccinations: Up to date including rabies
Health Certificate: Will have prior to transport
Spay/Neutered: no
Special needs: May need to be carried...can walk but will cower if frighten or nervous.
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties: Lake City Humane Society, Lake City, FL
Name of Receiving Rescue/Parties: The Little Guild of Saint Francis, West Cornwall, CT
Contact information (publicly viewable on forum): [email protected] or call/text 252-292-6354
Are you a 501c3: Both groups are 501c3
Additional Info/situation: If possible, I would like to get the dog up to me in Wilson, NC (27893) then I would coordinate a 2nd weekend trip for him to continue on up to CT. For additional information on the dog, you can contact Debra Ludwig with the sending group: 904-403-8922. The receiving group wants to see if they can have the leg repaired and find a forever home for this poor dog that deserves a much better life than he has known for the last 2 years. If the trip can be made without my fostering in Wilson, NC or another pilot offer to board overnight than I will help coordinate on PnP. Thank you in advance for any help.
