Health Condition: healthy
Heart worm Status: unknown
Vaccinations: UTD
Health Certificate: will be getting one this week
Spay/Neutered: neutered
Special needs: none

Additional Info/situation: Tommy was pulled from the Lancaster PA SPCA minutes before he was to be euthanized. LaMancha rescue has kindly been boarding him for us until he could get to his rescue in KY. We need a ride for him from at least Harrisburg PA to Pittsburg PA. They closer we can get him to KY, the better though.
