Senior Pom mix needs transport from GA to AL

Xena was rescued by a vet from a shelter that was about to euthanize her because no one would adopt a 10 year old. I have tried all avenues to get her to me or to another rescue in KY. So far this has been futile. She is living in a kennel at the vets and needs to be in a home situation. She is already to travel.

I don't know where to put her picture.
