I might be able to fly the dog tomorrow (Saturday), please contact me ASAP to coordinate airports etc.

What is your 501(c) status? Is it covered by PNP's 501(c)?

Excellent, let me know whether you want to wait until Sunday (in which case I'll leave the mission to "askulte") or you'd like me to fly the dog tomorrow evening (Saturday).
(I'll be landing at Hanscom - the adopters can pick up the dog from there, it's quite close to Arlington).

Talr - where would you fly out of? What time would you fly out and arrive into Handscomb?

I'm based out of Hanscom, I have a plane reserved for 3pm.
The potential airports to fly the dog in Southampton are Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach or East Hampton airport. I pick up in either around 5:30pm.
I'd expect to land in Hanscom around 7:30pm to 8pm.

Sure, I can pick up at KHWV. You wrote Southampton so I originally looked for the airports in that area.
