Health Certificate: not required in state
Spay/Neutered: yest

Additional Info/situation: Senior dog was surrendered by her owner who recently lost her home.
Dog has rescue spot in Acworth GA. Needs to get to Marietta/Acworth area by mid afternoon to make it to vet's office before closing. Transport to vet would be a wonderful plus!! Bells Ferry Vet Hosp 6410 Hwy 92 Acworth GA 30102.
We are hoping to get this girl moved before Christmas.
