Spay/Neutered: Yes
Special needs: Older so slower moving
Name of Sending Rescue/Parties Meggan Laurenzi

Are you a 501c3: I am not but the rescue receiving the dog is.

I can help with northernmost leg into Danbury. (KDXR)
Will coordinate with the middle leg(s) to pick up from VA, MD, DE, NJ, PA, depending on what gets set up.

I can fly the Old Gal from the Atlanta area to north of Charlotte, maybe Statesville Regional (KSCH) or might be able to go as far as Winston-Salem, (KINT). However, I have a small window for this transport since my airplane annual is due at the end of this month...I'm grounded on Wednesday 1/1. I need VFR conditions, so it looks like Monday or Tuesday at this point for me. Let me know if I can help.

This is my first request so please excuse my ignorance. How do we pick a date? And find a third pilot? Thanks!

Well, it seems we have a pilot in the South, and a pilot in the Northeast.
You are correct, we need transport to close the gap in the middle.
The origin and destination of these three flights will depend on coordination between the three pilots.
If all three legs cannot be completed on the same day, there may be a need for an overnight stay, if available. This may also affect the route of travel.
As for the "day" it seems that this will need to happen by Tuesday (12/31) or we lose the first leg - that plane out of Atlanta will not be available on January 1st.
For now, we will keep our fingers crossed and see what develops.

I am based in Hagerstown, Maryland. If this transport is still needed, I think I can help with the middle leg.

Oh my gosh! Yes please! That would be amazing! I have to verify that Noel passed his inspection. What days are you guys available? I have to go out of town MLK weekend for a wedding but besides that, I am open and willing to work around y'all's schedules. I am so happy. Yay!
