Additional Info/situation: Capo was adopted by Susan & Jim Monroe. Mr. Monroe had a stroke and they cannot keep Capo. Capo is being kept outside in the backyard. He needs to be returned to our rescue ASAP before he's taken back to a high kill shelter. URGENT!!! Please contact me right away! Thanks so much.
