One Eyed Border Collie; Rocky Mount, NC to Chesterfield, MD

This dog is a 3-4 yr old, intact male Border Collie. He was a stray in Johnston County, NC and is currently at the county shelter. We are working on moving him to a temporary foster home in Rocky Mount, NC. Then we want to move him to:
Mid Atlantic Border Collie Rescue in Chesterfield, MD. http://www.mabcr.org/home/
Please let me know if you can help us get this sweet sweet boy to safety. He is probably 55lbs.
