I am based at Leesburg, VA (KJYO). If someone could bring the dog up to the DC area ( preferably Leesburg) tomorrow afternoon around 2:00, I could bring him up to North Philadelphia.If not, I may be able to do the same on Sat or Sun morning, weather permitting.
