I now have the contact information for the two pick ups, Jim, Melinda our coordinator and Miss Rogers at the receiving end. Everything looks fairly good weather and timeline wise for Sunday. I will contact Lily and Nicole by phone today to confirm pick up arrangements for Sunday at 9 am at Rockwell.

Having said that I would like to discuss a back up plan due to the forecast of cloud cover over the pick up on Sunday Morning. If needed, are the parties involved willing to do the first leg on Saturday to avoid the low clouds and the second leg on Sunday?

ok thank you Jim. Want to make sure, did Ryan confirm with you that there are 5 dogs? The four little ones are used to being together. The bigger 5th one is very dog friendly even tho he will just be meeting the other four for the first time. Please know that all 5 of these dogs you are transporting would have been killed if not rescued. ty for helping to save them

I did not know about Dog number 5. However, it will not be a problem. What kind and how much does it weigh? I told Mary there were 4 dogs but will email her about number 5.
