Re: Dog from GMU to OQN for double FHO surgery
I may can get them from Greenville to Winston Salem next week, but would need another pilot to pick up from there. This is just an option unless someone else is available for a longer leg.

Re: Dog from GMU to OQN for double FHO surgery
Hello,
I could do a final leg from Leesburg (KJYO) to KOQN. Fairly flexible schedule, space available for additional dog if needed. Would just need a middle pilot for the Winston Salem to Leesburg leg.

Thank you so much for helping. Hopefully the middle leg will get filled. I got an update on this dog today. He has been sitting in the shelter since Jan. 14, never posted or made available for any rescues to see. He was due to be euthanized yesterday but a volunteer took him for a second opinion. His left leg is jammed into the socket and pushed up a little while his right is pushed further away from the socket. After being out of a cage and able to move around it has become obvious that his legs do cause him pain. Hoping to get him a flight so he does not have to do a 12 hour ground transport.
Re: Need middle leg KINT to KJYO for double FHO surgery
Good morning. I'm still trying for the middle leg. I have emailed several pilots, no one has responded. Hopefully someone will.
Re: Need middle leg KINT to KJYO for double FHO surgery
I noticed another request on the Ride Board where a rescue in NC also needs to get a dog to the Philly area. After emailing each other we thought it would be a good idea to combine the request. The link for that request is: http://www.pilotsnpaws.org/forum/viewto ... =5&t=26650

Steve and Jonathan are you both still available for sometime next week?

Looking good, possibly Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Waiting on a response to firm up my schedule, I'll keep you posted.

Yes, can take them (and Poppy, from the other requested transport, too) from Leesburg (KJYO, or a nearby airport) to the Philly area this week. Wx forecast currently favors Thursday.
