URGENT 9 - 5 wk old pups and momma dog need ride north

Dawn, Dave -
The largest crate I have is 28x18. I am doubtful I would put 9 pups into there. .
The smallest I have is 18x11.
It will be too cramped for momma, so I reserve it for the pups.
The other one I have is 21x12.

What do you think for distribution?

Dave and I have compared crates, and unfortunately we won't be able to take the additional pup.

The second leg has been changed from Danbury to Poughkeepsie. Ground from there to West Cornwall.
