Health condition: Opt-op poodle, on antibiotics and pain meds, needs to be kept warm and in crate
Heartworm status: Negative
Vaccinations: UTD
Health certificate: Yes
Spayed/neutered: Spayed
Special needs: Post-Op hip surgery, needs to be kept in crate
