Update....we're getting pounded with sleet, ice and now snow, up to 4" already. Not to warm up much today/tonight, so it will have to melt off to get my airplane out of the hangar in the morning (Saturday). Keep you posted.

Thank you Jon - looking out my window in Greensboro - it is hard to believe that tomorrow is supposed to be in the high 60's. We have 5 inches of snow/ice easy here.

Student flight is looking like it won't go early, so that should provide some good time for the ice to melt at SIF so I can get my airplane out....we'll play it by ear. Since it's an afternoon flight, could allow enough time for tarmac/runway to thaw...yes, nuts Wx isn't it. It's snowing outside hard again......piling up.

We received so much rain, ice and snow today, that I just checked and my airport has a NOTAM for Aerodome closure until after 1500 on Saturday. I will make one more call in the morning, but appears I may not be able to get out of my hangar tomorrow until too late to run this mission. Again, I'll make one more call....but the airport is currently closed.

Jon
I understand. The pup is still at the rescue and I can be at landmark Aviation as soon as you would need me to be. Please let me know. It's hard to believe that it is going to be 60 degrees here today. Thanks for your help. Robin
