I used to raise Great Danes [Black] and I am interested in flying this Dog to a good home. I am located West of Baltimore, MD.

This should be a two (2) Aircraft flight [leg 1 and 2].

I could fly out of Carroll County Airport [KDMW] South and meet another pilot and return to the Baltimore, MD, area.

Thanks, John! This is my first time using P&P. Should we just see if a Leg 1 driver chimes in or should I do anything else to help facilitate finding your partner?

I can also get this pretty girl a few hours closer to Baltimore towards Huntington, WV if that makes it more doable for one leg?

We can also happily meet you in Westminster!

Thanks!

Michelle,

Huntington, WV, is fine, I have flown dogs out of there before. I am retired so I do not have to stick to the usual Saturday/Sunday flying. My Co-pilot is also retired and he has no problem with week days.

Weather will be the guiding light so if you can do Huntington, WV, we can start looking at the flight.

The main airport at Baltimore is pretty pricey for landing and fuel, do you have a specific area in the Baltimore area that you are trying to get this sweet Great Dane to?

Hey, John -

We can accommodate your preferred airport anywhere in Baltimore area - whatever is most easy for you. And we can chip in towards cost if you allow us. We have volunteers from Hagerstown, MD to Elkton, DE to Washington, DC, etc. We will eventually end up in the Catonsville just south of Baltimore but, again, we can meet you anywhere especially on a weekend.

Media is currently in KY but I can get her to Huntington. I had planned to do so on Friday PM but I can try to do so earlier in the week if you prefer or can have her crash with friends in Huntngton over the week and she can come the following weekend.

Also, I could arrange other passengers if you want to fill the plane but equally happy to send her solo. Whatever your preference as I know others have strong feelings on either side.

I would prefer to fly this Great Senior Dog First Class. She would be our only passenger on this flight.

Carroll County Airport [KDMW] is very close to Catonsville, MD. Take a look on your map and see the distance from Catonsville, MD, to Westminster, MD, where the airport is located. Distance is 32 minutes and 28 minutes.

Let me know if that works for you.

Need one thing fixed on the plane and it should be done by Wednesday, March12, 2014.

Hey, John -

That works for us. Can we aim for Friday or Saturday?

Can you email me directly so we can work on the details? Or, post your number and I can call you?
