I will be available April 5th.

If the weather is good and we can get an early start on that Saturday, I will take them all the way to the Denver area. If not, then we need to get someone from Denver to meet us and do a transfer of the puppies Hugoton Municipal (KHQG).

Miguel,

Thank you - that would be incredible!!! :D Is there a CO or KS based pilot who could be back up on April 5, in case of sub-optimal flying conditions, to meet Miguel at KHQG??

Adam,

I'll be leaving early Saturday (April 5) morning from San Antonio to pick the pups up from Arlington, Tx.

What do you think about meeting @ KHHF, Hemphill County; Canadian, Texas?

I fly a relatively slow mover...so that location will add a lot of time to the journey for my round trip. 200NM is about my limit for a one way distance. I know you are covering a lot of miles on this trip so if there is someone reading this post with a faster mover out of Denver and willing to make this run instead, please don't hesitate to volunteer to replace me (there won't be any hard feelings).

I've used Dalhart TX as hand off point for dogs coming up from Dallas in the past. I could make a DEN-KDHT leg if that helps at all.

Adam,

What about KHQG? It's about the same distance and it's a lot more inline with the direction of travel between KGKY and KAPA.

It's also closer to you than KDHT ... 218nm vice 239 nm.

KHQG is fine for me as well (I thought that was the original route).

You said that you were NOT available for THIS Saturday, correct?
