Is Buttercup friendly, meaning can she be picked up? I can help with Norcal - North.....or possibly LAX PDX (Portland commercially).

Yes friendly but scared ( but not feral ) in shelter and skittish..( she does not like other cats )
Of course it's always risky very risky for cats to he handled
I know it's required commercially

Let me know . A straight flight on commercial would be wonderful

If Vikki can bring her to Paso and Bruce to Rio Vista, I can get her to Eugene. They are flying later this week.

Working with Ladyflier on this one and it looks like we'll get it done (and another) tomorrow.
Haven't flown with a Kitty before, but Buttercup looks like a sweetheart and I'm sure she and I will get along Just fine.
Blue skies...

Scott thank you !
Well as far as kitties and have never met one that
Likes to fly .... So please just keep her secure in crate
Do not do any sort of transfer at airport
She should just be handed to you in crate Nd she remains there
And you hand off to owner
Thank you so much !

no worries. my kitty is 16 years old and still likes to play, but she has never liked the car so no flying for her. I'll treat Buttercup very well and do all I can to make sure she arrives safely. Hopefully not at all traumatized by my flying...

BC loves to fly and drive!! Dogs sniffing her crate don't bother her. She is very mellow and totally relaxed here in my spare bedroom.

Cats are a lot easier to transport than dogs, since you don't open their crates.
