This flight is being delayed for a week, Noel can't make it happen on Sunday - 4/27/14 ...
Who is in for next weekend, weather permitting???

As it turned out I couldn't have flown today anyway. Dead battery.
Next weekend is iffy. I need to move furniture on Saturday and if one day isn't enough I'll be doing it on Sunday too.

Just wanted to provide an update...I'm still available to fly the 1st leg this weekend, Saturday 5/3 or Sunday 5/4. The weather looks good for both days. I can fly approximately 200 sm from Canton, GA and can start as early as the weather permits. Hopefully the other legs will come together. Please keep me posted.

I prefer to fly into Hickory Regional (KHKY), but I could fly a little longer leg to the northeast to help the middle leg. KHKY to KJGG is about 243 nm.

Noel, I was contacted by the organizer about this. Any chance you could meet me at GSO on Saturday? How long would it take you to get there? I'm headed to NJ and was hoping for a mid morning departure from GSO. Let me know what works.

Patrick - It's about a 2-1/2 hour flight from KCNI to KGSO. My starting point is Calhoun, GA (KCZL), so I'm probably looking at more than 3 hours total time from KCZL to KGSO. I don't mind leaving early, however, this time of the year, morning fog is common in my area. With that said, I'm not sure that I can make it to KGSO by mid morning. Please let me know how flexible is your departure time.
