Same here - next weekend may work.
Not sure if (Charlie) would be available on a weekend, or only during the week. For now, it looks like it is Alex in New England if it is weekend, and Charlie if it is on a weekday.
Alex, can you come down to Waterbury or to Danbury?
If so, I can still come in from MD, if we can get Fitz up there.
Unsure of exactly which days, but will try for next weekend, or a weekday sooner - like Wednesday or Friday, if Wx and connecting flight are available.

Not a problem with either. I might be able to do a Friday if needed.

Thank you both for your offer to help next week if we can't find a way for the dog to get to MA sooner. Can you pick a day that works for you with work and weather and that way i can reach out to our local GSO pilots to see about getting the dog to you? Thanks again for your help, it is appreciated.

Next Friday is looking like the best window, factoring both work and Wx.
Wx forecast so far looks good from MD to NY, might be a bit sketchy in CT or MA.
I will continue to keep an eye on the weather for Friday.

I'm not instrument rated so if the weather is sketchy I'll happily defer to Charles.

Let's shoot for Friday, May 16. Can I please have your contact information so that I can confirm dates and times with each of you? I will get to work on finding a pilot from GSO, NC to go to MD - can you please be specific as to where you want them to land and at what time? Thank you for your help.

Just a shot but is there any chance that the weather might be on our side this Sunday, Mother's Day?

Did this flight get done today (Mother's Day)?
Looks like great weather in the northeast at least.

As for this coning week, weather in the northeast overall looks bad, except for the weekend.
May 17th looks like the best day in the northeast (Saturday) with Friday and Sunday looking "iffy" -
From MD to ME, it looks like Friday is all bad, and Sunday is good in places and not in others.
So at this point, Saturday looks like the best bet all around.

How is pilot availability looking down in NC and VA?

Fitz is still waiting for a flight home. He is still at our rescue in North Carolina. So it sounds like you are saying that we need to make plans for Saturday, May 17? I will get to work on finding a pilot from NC to MD for Sat - as early as possible with the start time. Thank you, Robin

Please provide your email and cell phone contact info.

Charlie
Dr Mark has offered to fly from MD to CT this Thursday, Friday or weekend. Are you available to fly Thursday? If so, I will get to work on finding a pilot to get the dog from NC to MD so we can make this happen. Please advise. Thank you so much.
