Additional info/situation:

"Magick" is a beautiful black German Shepherd. Somehow Magick found himself stuck in a drainage ditch in Baton Rouge. Luckily, someone came to his aid and he was taken in to the shelter where he received lots of TLC, some good food, and a nice warm place to rest. Tina of Passion Works GSD Rescue in Connecticut saw Magick on Petfinder and made arrangements to "pull/adopt" him. This was 3 weeks ago and several attempts at getting him headed to Connecticut have failed.

To facilitate his journey, Tina has arranged for Angie Moore, a ground transporter near Atlanta, GA, to bring Magick to Connecticut. She and Magick will depart Friday, June 6, so he just needs to be flown to near McDonough, GA, prior to that time. She is prepared to foster him until trip time.

Right now, it appears Magick will depart Gonzales, LA, on Sunday morning, June 1, headed to Madison, MS. From there, he flies to Tuscaloosa, AL, and then on to Tara Field near McDonough. Three PnP pilots (Bill Amsden, Jeff Wall, and Hayes Hutchins) will each fly a leg of this trip, weather permitting. Wednesday, June 4, will be our alternate travel day, as weather is projected to be sunny and dry for Wednesday.
McDonough.

TRIP WENT AS PROJECTED AND MAGICK IS NOW NEAR ATLANTA, AWAITING HIS GROUND TRANSPORT THIS WEEKEND TO CONNECTICUT. THAT SHOULD BE HIS FINAL JOURNEY! THANKS TO BILL, JEFF AND HAYES (PILOTS) AND TO KITTY AND ANGIE FOR FOSTERING.
