Additional info/situation: I'm an individual posting this, I hope that is ok, but I'm running out of options to save this dog and am willing to adopt him. My Mom passed away last month leaving behind her dog, which my Dad is unable to care for (elderly and medical issues), but I'm willing to open my home to give him a home here in Colorado. I've been working with Underdog!Rescue out of Eureka Mt as well as Nuts For Pets and we had a flight planned for tomorrow but it unfortunately fell through. We did get his Health Certificate and looking for any help that may be available as soon as possible. We can arrange to drive a couple of hours in Colorado if we need too to pick up elsewhere, than Colorado Springs.

I am willing to watch this request and help as possible. Will be returning to Billings on Saturday from Missoula via car if anything else comes together.

And I may be able to help if this dog comes south through Idaho. (Depends, among other things, on how fast I recover from having had my wisdom teeth out a few days ago -- no flying until I am off all the painkillers.)

I can pick up the pax in Kalispell and deliver to Bozeman which is on the GC route, or to a similar relay point (Butte, Dillon, Twin Bridges, Three Forks, etc.) .

I was just looking at the PNP volunteers in Colorado Springs and noted that chuckstollery will fly up to 1000 miles which would cover this in one leg and llandru will fly 500 miles which could make this a two leg transport. You should send each of them a private message from their PNP profile page asking for their help. At least it might start building legs from the CO end.
